Cookie Policy
Last updated: 28 July 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Stellar Way Trade LLC d/b/a Solvient ("we") uses cookies and similar technologies on solvient.org. It complements our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They can be "first-party" (set by us) or "third-party" (set by our service providers), and "session" (deleted when you close the browser) or "persistent" (stored for a set period).
2. How we ask for your consent
What you see depends on where you are:
- EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland and Quebec (Canada): non-essential cookies (analytics, advertising) are not set until you consent. We show a consent banner on your first visit; declining is as easy as accepting.
- Everywhere else (including the US and the rest of Canada): non-essential cookies are active by default, and you can opt out at any time via "Cookie Settings". Where a US state law grants a right to opt out of targeted advertising, we honor it, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal.
In all regions you can change or withdraw your choices at any time via "Cookie Settings". Your choice is re-requested or re-confirmed periodically (at least every 12 months).
We use a consent management platform (CMP): Cookiebot (by Usercentrics), integrated with Google Consent Mode v2 (see section 5).
3. Categories of cookies we use
- Strictly necessary — required for the Site to function and stay secure (e.g., Cloudflare bot protection, your cookie-consent choice itself). These do not require consent.
- Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the Site (Google Analytics 4; Microsoft Clarity — aggregated heatmaps and session replays). Set according to your choices (section 2).
- Advertising — measure our Google Ads campaigns (conversion tracking) and build advertising audiences so our own ads can be shown to you on Google services and partner sites (remarketing). Set according to your choices (section 2).
- Functionality — reserved for third-party features you actively use (none currently active).
4. Cookie table

5. Google Consent Mode v2 — what happens when you decline
We use Google Consent Mode v2, which passes your consent state to Google via four signals: "ad_storage", "analytics_storage", "ad_user_data", "ad_personalization". In the EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland and Quebec, all four default to "denied" until you choose. In other regions they are granted by default and switch to "denied" as soon as you opt out (including via the GPC signal, where applicable). Tags are loaded via Google Tag Manager strictly according to your consent state; Google Tag Manager itself does not set cookies.
Where the consent state is "denied" — because you declined, opted out, or are in an opt-in region and have not yet consented — Google tags do not set or read cookies. In that case Google may still receive limited, cookieless "pings" carrying technical data (such as timestamp, user agent, page URL including whether an ad-click identifier was present, and your consent state). According to Google, these pings contain no persistent identifiers, are not used to build a profile of you, and are used in aggregate to statistically model conversions and analytics data.
Where the consent state is "granted", GA4 and Google Ads cookies work as described in the table above, including conversion measurement and — where "ad_personalization" is granted — remarketing audiences; in that case Google Analytics data may likewise be used for advertising audiences ("Google signals"). Where you submit a form or book a call after consenting to "ad_user_data", we may send Google a hashed (SHA-256) version of your email/phone for conversion attribution ("Enhanced Conversions"); the raw values are not exposed.
6. External links (booking a call)
Some pages link to Calendly, our external scheduling provider, so you can book an introductory call. We do not embed Calendly on solvient.org and load no Calendly script on our pages, so our pages set no Calendly cookies. When you click the link and go to Calendly, Calendly's own privacy and cookie terms apply there. If we ever embed Calendly directly on the Site, we will review the consent and data flow and update this policy before doing so.
7. How to control cookies in your browser
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings (this may affect Site functionality).
8. Changes and contact
We update this policy when our cookie usage changes; the current version is always on the Site. Questions: [email protected] · Stellar Way Trade LLC d/b/a Solvient, 208 West Hampton Avenue, 1st Floor, Sumter, South Carolina, 29150, United States of America.
