Spain Autónomo — Registration & Accounting

Moved to Spain and need to invoice legally? We register your autónomo (self-employment) and run the accounting — tax registration, quarterly filings and invoices — so the paperwork never becomes the problem.

from €70/mo + €120 setup

Once you are in Spain and invoicing clients, you usually work as an autónomo (self-employed). It means registering with the tax agency and social security, charging and filing VAT correctly, and keeping quarterly and annual accounts. We do all of it, so the admin never gets between you and your work.

What we handle

  • Registration with the tax agency (Agencia Tributaria) and social security (Seguridad Social)
  • Quarterly filings — VAT (IVA) and income tax (IRPF), on time
  • Invoicing set up correctly for Spanish and foreign clients
  • Annual summaries and the year-end position
  • One point of contact for anything the authorities ask
Pairs with the digital nomad visa

Most of our autónomo clients arrive on the digital nomad visa. We line the accounting up with your move, so you can invoice legally from the first month.

Pricing

A €120 one-time registration and €70 a month for the ongoing accounting, with VAT (IVA) added where it applies. A high invoicing volume can move the monthly fee, so we confirm your exact setup at the consultation. The autónomo social-security contribution is a separate government cost, paid to the state — no surprises, and no bundling of state fees into ours.

FAQ

Answers in the words you searched.

Do I need an autónomo on the digital nomad visa?

If you invoice Spanish or foreign clients as a freelancer from Spain, you generally register as an autónomo and pay social-security contributions and taxes here. Employees of a foreign company are different. We confirm your setup for your case.

What do you handle?

Registration with the tax agency (Agencia Tributaria) and social security (Seguridad Social), your quarterly VAT (IVA) and income-tax (IRPF) filings, invoicing, and the annual summaries — a single point of contact for the paperwork.

How much does it cost?

A €120 one-time registration and €70 a month for the accounting, plus VAT (IVA) where it applies. A high invoicing volume can raise the monthly fee — we confirm your exact setup at the consultation. The autónomo social-security quota is a separate government cost, paid to the state.

Can you do this alongside my visa?

Yes. Many clients pair this with the digital nomad visa — we set the accounting up so you can invoice cleanly from day one after the move.
