Work remotely or live on passive income — two clear routes.

We know the Spanish system from the inside — we prepare these files ourselves and keep a local bench for the steps that happen on the ground.

FAQ

Common questions about Spain

Digital nomad or non-lucrative — which visa is right for me?

If you keep working remotely for clients or employers outside Spain, it is the digital nomad visa. If you will live on passive income — pension, rent, dividends — without working, it is the non-lucrative visa. The short check on either page confirms your route in a couple of minutes.

How long does the whole process take?

Plan on 4–6 weeks to prepare the dossier, then the consulate or immigration office’s own timeline — for the digital nomad visa, often about 20 working days once filed. We prepare the file; the authorities decide.

Can my family come with me?

Yes — a spouse and children can be included on either route, with a higher income or means threshold per dependant. Each family member’s documents are prepared alongside yours.

Are the government fees included in your price?

No. Our published fee covers preparation and coordination. Government fees — and apostilles and sworn translations — are paid separately. The consulate or immigration office alone decides the outcome.
